#272 implemented some redundant functions in ScreenManager that were already there e.g. .setTextColor() already existed as .setLegacyTextColor().

We should remove these redundant functions and rename the actual new ones as legacy (e.g. setCursor() -> setLegacyCursor()), because they use the eTFT_SPI API instead of the newer OpenRender TTF API.
